Action Groups
Create a new action group focused on a concern you have for the future, or join an existing group and help write the Energy Decent Action Plan for Cornwall and area. Your ideas, insights, knowledge, and creativity are much needed! For a list of current Action Groups, please click here.
Projects
If you have a community project you are involved in and would like us to partner with you, or if you would like to volunteer for other projects, please contact us! There is much work to be done to create a community that will thrive in a lower energy future.
Transition Cornwall+
We welcome volunteers to help us with the work of creating awareness of the challenges facing our community: helping with film screenings, talking to groups, writing promotional material, designing a website, preparing for meetings, and other fun stuff like that.
Workshops
We invite you to share your skills and knowledge by offering a workshop or demo. This could be something as simple as showing a friend how to knit, or as involved as organizing a larger gathering of people interested in learning your skills. Please let us know how we can help!
Show us how you did it
Do you have an interesting project you have finished and would like to share with your neighbours or others in the community? You can post pictures or videos on the Flickr Transition Cornwall+ group, or post a video on YouTube (send us the link) explaining how you did it, what worked and what didn’t, or what it looks like. We need some good ideas about which appropriate technology works in the Cornwall area! Show us how your garden is doing, your rain barrel watering system, your low energy solutions…
